Shipping Policy

HydroJug drinkware orders have a preparation stage and a separate carrier journey. The time estimates below describe each stage, not a promised arrival date.

Before and after dispatch

Following successful payment authorization, order processing generally takes 1–2 business days. After shipment, estimated transportation takes 4–6 business days. Applicable holidays and weekends are excluded from business-day estimates; carrier conditions can change the actual arrival.

Available delivery choices

The checkout presents destinations, service choices, and any shipping charge for the particular order. Please review your address and contact details before placing it. We provide tracking once the carrier supplies the information.

Help with a shipment

If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered without being received, write to sanjaykhan85098@gmail.com. Include your order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and relevant photographs so we can investigate.
