Use the storefront lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. We aim for accurate descriptions of HydroJug products, although screens, packaging, and color appearance can differ reasonably.

Orders and prices

Placing an order proposes a purchase; acceptance depends on available stock, correct details, payment authorization, risk review, taxes, pricing, and delivery options shown in checkout.

Returns and exchanges

We accept review of defective and non-defective new merchandise and accept exchange requests. A sound item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, receive approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and pay no restocking fee. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; financial-provider posting is separate. The Refund Policy gives the full procedure.
